Kaptor Group’s senior management team draws upon the unique convergence of individuals with significant expertise in the financial services and automotive lease financing industry. The current management team was instrumental in the successful combination of Kaptor Financial and CarCap Leasing. Their commitment to work as a unified management team has persisted as they maintain their dedication to the implementation and execution of the Company’s business plan going forward.

Management Bios:

Eric Inspektor - Group President and Chief Executive Officer
Eric Inspektor has over 30 years of diverse business-related experience with the last 20 years in merchant banking and real estate financing. Prior to founding Kaptor Financial in 1989, Mr. Inspektor established a merchant banking division within an equipment leasing company in Toronto. Mr. Inspektor is originally from South Africa, where, prior to immigrating to Canada in 1985 was a Partner and Managing Director of a retail, wholesale and liquor import organization for over 12 years. Mr. Inspektor has an accounting background and worked for a mid-size accounting firm in Johannesburg, South Africa before taking on the position of Chief Accountant for a furniture manufacturer with annual sales in excess of $20 million. Mr. Inspektor was managing director of International Liquor Corporation (1973-1985) and was a director of Toymax International Inc. (2000-2002) a toy distributor publicly traded on Nasdaq until it was acquired in 2002.

Shalom Romm - Vice President and Director, Business Development
Mr. Romm has over 29 years of business experience. After immigrating to Canada in 1979 from Israel, Mr. Romm has held numerous management and equity positions in small to mid-size enterprises. His fields of operation include investments, real estate, construction, international trade, manufacturing, distribution, and consumer and trade exhibitions. These various enterprises led Mr. Romm to numerous business relationships within Canada, The United States, South America, the Far East and Middle East.

Thomas Fischer - Vice President & CFO
Mr. Fischer, a Chartered Accountant by profession, served for 23 years as Vice President Finance, CFO and Director of St. Clair Paint & Wallpaper Corporation, a vertically integrated and publicly traded national chain of corporate and franchised specialty retail stores, with manufacturing and distribution divisions. After leaving St. Clair in 1995 and prior to joining The Kaptor Group, Mr. Fischer consulted to a number of companies including a publicly traded wholesale distributor with sales of $180 million per year. During his consultancy, Mr. Fischer re-structured the distributor under the Bankruptcy Act. Mr. Fischer was a Director of St. Clair Paint & Wallpaper Corporation (1986-1995), a Director of the Retail Council of Canada (1985-1986), and President of the Canadian Franchise Association (1982-1983) which recognized him with the 1989 Award of Merit. Since December 2003, he has been a Director of Nexus Group International Inc.

Robin LeVon – Group Executive Assistant
Prior to joining The Kaptor Group in 2000, Robin spent fifteen years as a Senior Communications Specialist with IBM and almost three years with Imperial Oil. As Group Executive Assistant, Robin overseas all office administration.

Momir Dejanovic - Co-President and General Manager CarCap Leasing
Mr. Dejanovic worked in the Yugoslavian transportation industry gaining international and managerial experience in Yugoslavia, Kuwait and Jordan. After immigrating to Canada in 1989, Mr. Dejanovic joined the financial service industry and managed daily operations and credit for National Trust, which was eventually bought by the Bank of Nova Scotia and then AVCO and Associates Financial Services. Mr. Dejanovic joined AJM Leasing in 1999 and supervises the day-to-day operations including dealer relations, purchasing and credit granting.

Barbara Shuster - Co-President and Account Manager CarCap Leasing
Ms. Shuster worked in the financial services industry for 7 years with TD Canada Trust gaining extensive knowledge and experience in financial services and customer relations. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree (1994) and a Master of Arts (2000) Degree from York University Ms. Shuster joined AJM Leasing in 1998 on a part-time basis while completing her studies and began full-time in 2000 to take on the daily operations of cash management and customer account service.

Nahum Kaplan – Vice President Marketing - Automotive
After attending the University of Utah (followed by the University of Central Utah) for business and accounting, Mr. Kaplan moved to Canada with his young family. For the past 23 years, Mr. Kaplan has been involved in managing companies that are mainly in the field of automotive leasing, more specifically non-standard and used car leasing. Mr. Kaplan joined CarCap in 2006 and is responsible for developing new business which includes the structuring of sales programs for both his sales team and dealer network. Mr. Kaplan currently manages a sales team of six people.

Danny Kazarov – Assistant Manager Credit
After graduating from York University in 2002 with a BA in Political Science, Danny Kazarov worked for Nissan Canada in sales before joining CMHC (Canada Mortgage and Housing) where he worked for one year in mediation. In 2004, Danny joined Morrison Acceptance corporation where he was director of credit management until 2007 when CarCap purchased Morrison’s automotive lease fleet and Danny accepted the position of assistant manager credit with CarCap.

Eric Kaplan – Junior Credit Analyst
Growing up just north of Toronto, Eric Kaplan has always shown a keen interest in business. Starting in high school, he received a business endorsement certification and graduated as an Ontario Scholar. He then furthered his education at York University where he graduated from Atkinson College, receiving his Bachelors of Administrative Studies (B.A.S.) with a certification in Accounting. He has also received a certificate from Georgian College for being certified in Automotive Law and Ethics. Eric Kaplan’s primary responsibilities include evaluating the Fair Market Value of the asset to be leased by making a comparison to similar assets on the open market, evaluating a clients credit to determine their credit worthiness, calculating the payments for a client based on the loan amount and assisting with completing a credit file for review and adjudication.

Rachel Cohen – Assistant Manager- Automotive
After graduating, Ms. Cohen entered the workforce where she gained experience in Sales and Marketing in different industries including Banking, Pharmaceutical and Real Estate with companies such as CIBC, Medi-Communications and Horizon Developments. Ms. Cohen joined CarCap in 2006; as a Dealer Development and Customer Service Manager. Her responsibilities include introducing programs and maintaining relationships.

Teresa Krysik – Office Administrator
Teresa and her husband started and operated an automotive glass business and in 2000 where Teresa was responsible for administration until she joined AJM Leasing as an assistant office administrator. Teresa’s responsibilities include management of customer insurance policies, including insurance settlement negotiations.

Tamara Sadowska – Administration Tamara joined CarCap in 2006 and is responsible for customer and dealer service, file administration and lien registration.
